Hey. I might be overreacting but I got 3 orders in the same hour from three different accounts but all going to the same address (name on address the same). All the accounts was made today. I messaged the accounts to see if it was a mistake. They messaged back and said no mistake. I'm thinking its a competitor gonna screw me over. What would you do?

Well, if you not selling "China Specials" then you don't have much to worry about, hopefully the items will allow you to spend the extra money on a signature required postage. If not, it might simply be smart to pony up the few extra bucks for it,,at least you are somwhat covered in an "item not received" case

Either tough it out and hope for the best, or call PP and EB point out the different names on the accounts, accuse them of bid interference, they'll probably close them down and ban them. Once the account goes NARU any ratings they left will disappear.
I'd probably see what happens first, if all goes well then just forget it, if not you can still try and get them shut down as a fallback.
It sounds VERY fishy to me as well. Three orders from 3 different accounts ALL created today and ALL going to the same address - it someone wanted 3 of an item, why not just order 3? The only legitimate reason I could see for this is if the OP placed a limit of 1 per person or something and I don't even think that is possible on eBay. But keep all of the information on those accounts and if they leave negative feedback, it will give you ammunition to use with eBay.

It is possible. You can set a limit where 1 item per customer every x amount of days.
Is it an item someone would need three of and have you got your buyer requirements set to block buyers buying too many if they have less than the required feedback.

It would not stop this sittuation, in fact it may have caused it.
No feedback on the accounts. I got an email off one off the accounts just an email not via eBay saying I have received an email saying I have bought xxx however I never bought this item I haven't even Been on eBay in months it also isn't appearing on my eBay account as a purchase? It's all very fishy.. Contact eBay?? I don't have to dispatch until tomorrow
best option is, talk to ebay and show them the proofs and email they sent to you.
It is illegal as per ebay to contact through other sources!
Please provide them the proofs and the email you got.
