USPS not updating
 

I have around 10 packages that arrived in US airport on 10th june.
This was confirmed by my post office.

All i can see on usps tracking is ''origin post is preparing shipment''
I'm afraid i'll have to refund all the buyers.

Sometimes this can be because the item or package you where shipping was incorrect in weight or because they do not approve of the way you decided to ship your product and more than likely they will expedite the packages back to the original source.

Is this account, you just started selling on and shipping or have u been shipping the same products on this account for a while?

I have shipped the same item before(it's cosmetics)without issues.
Liquid cosmetics are not banned are they?

What can i do in this case?

from my experiences, some packages don't get update until it's delivered.

I would first get a hold of the shipping company and see what you can find out there first!

Then I would contact the customer receive maybe you can work out something with them, maybe refund a little bit of the money back to make them happy!

Customers can be ruthless at sometimes whether the shipping company is at fault or not they always look to you as a problem even know or not, but I guess in since they are paying for a product they have a right to get upset when they don't receive it!

So,USPS still live up to their reputation.
I just lost around 400$ worth of items that are stuck at ISC NEW YORK NY 1 month!

Honestly it's the worst postal service I've seen.

You can't ship liquids via usps unless they're in a certain kind of container.

And anything that has a solvent or alcohol is a no go.

If they're banned items they'll dispose of them.

Just because you got away with it before doesn't mean it'll work this time.
