Then I would contact the customer receive maybe you can work out something with them, maybe refund a little bit of the money back to make them happy!
Customers can be ruthless at sometimes whether the shipping company is at fault or not they always look to you as a problem even know or not, but I guess in since they are paying for a product they have a right to get upset when they don't receive it!
