eBay USA and PayPal Canada, will work ?

Question, as a Canadian sellers I opened eBay USA with address registered in the USA. Now I want to connect PayPal CANADA. Canadian PayPal has CAD$ and USD$ balance.

Any ideas, if they will work together ?


P.S.
As Canadian I through of opening USA paypal, but in this case PayPal will probably want to send my sales over 20k info to IRS, which obviously may cause problems later on.
