Can RBC,HSBC,TD canada work on USA amazon

Can anyone help me on this pls. can any US $ account from RBC/HSBC/TD canada work on USA amazon?

Not unless you can get a US Bank routing number from them - I think RBC has one (old post about how to use RBC for pa yp al). I don't know how far TD has progressed with it. HSBC possibly but since they are international, you would need to open up a bank account with their US affiliate.
