I would not worry about it too much. Just call them. Odds are is that you will have a foreign rep anyhow. I have called many times to PP with a female account name and my voice (male). I never had an issue with it nor was questioned.
I think of it like this, would you walk up to a fat chick and ask if she was pregnant? Voice is the same way. They probably dont want to be rude about it.
ive called in using a female info before. they didnt question me at all. i have a very very very deep voice. pretty sure its not allowed to question someones gender nowadays.
Options
1. Get a voice changer program or device. They exist.
2. Get a girl friend.
3. Tall them you're a tranny and change your eBay I'd to "TrannySuperStore". You may want to upload a tranny picture on your eBay profile. They can't discriminate you for that.
I have called in as Anita and I have a husky voice and still have the account 3 years later. In this day and age I don't think it is going to raise any questions. What if Caitlyn Jenner has EB account and called in? I have an account that is 10 months old sell 95% of my limit and never had an increase. I am not about to risk it by calling in the 1st place. Not a good idea.
One time I had to call in as a 75 year old vet. I was 19 at the time so I had to emulate a southern accent and tell war stories while I was on the phone. Felt bad about it but it got my account released. I prefer accounts with old birthdays because I can pretend to be a senile old man who doesn't know eBay policy. I mean I go full into it. Like one time I played an old farmer who kept yelling into the background and telling my made up grandson to stop trying to milk the bulls!

That may not ALWAYS work but I'm sure you know this and most who call know it also...
Just because ONE rep says "no" to whatever your asking doesn't mean the next will. Theres always a rep that will say yes, just takes time sometimes.
I should note that the rep asked me a bunch of questions about the account (address, postcode, phone, dob, and similar) so make sure you have all your info up
