Yep, as long as you have the sealth info up you should be fine, it's not hard.

I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and diff name when I called them, they don't care. So it should work. You can also say u are calling on behalf of this person because she doesn't speak good English. Something like that

Your name must be on the account then too.
You cannot speak on behalf of someone else account.
