AOL and IP's assigned

hi everyone:
i did some test about the AOL and the IP addresses that gives:
i am using my ISP to get connection. every time i switch the box on and off it is a new IP.
for every IP from my ISP, i check the IP from AOL it is a new IP different from my ISP .
but the problem is the AOL give me only 3 IP's of them. i tried with the same AOL user every sessions and also with different AOL users.with different IP from my ISP.

anyone can confirm this ? or have some suggestions?
i forgot .i tested from 2 different locations ame results

Hi Simongold keep up with the good detective work .

I did some thinking about the AOL and the IP addresses that gives:

First, if i am using my ISP to get connection. every time i switch the box on and off it is a new IP.
This is good, which Ebay would never be able to catch you on the move.

Second, for every different IP from my ISP and the IP from AOL with its new IP,
they better differ from each other, or I’ll demand my money back.

I think if anyone uses either local ISP or AOL service make sure to delete your cookies
before sign on to another account or opening one.

I'm still trying to figure out how to use aol on dial-up. The rep I spoke with yesterday swore it was possible. Now I can't even find a regular 9.0 Optimized to download to try it. I could use an old disk but I'd rather get a new download. Anyone know if using AOL or a proxy service on Paypal (yes, I meant Paypal, not ebay) will have any affect towards the likelihood of account limitations one way or the other?

3 Accounts, closing AOL, re-opening it... using the CLEAR TRACKS option in AOL every time before I log off, ALL 3 accounts got closed within 10 minutes. One account I had logged in once to do everything hadn't even did the bank verify money thing yet.. But yet ALL Three were closed all at the same time.

Even though when i do a who is with AOL, it does come up with either a witchita KS IP or a VA IP, when i had rec'd a changed password request.. It did show the IP address of AOL, but it also showed my REGULAR IP.

I know I've seen people talking about this before... but I think Simongold has a EXCELLENT question... Somehow with 3 different accounts, three different info, address's, three different PP accounts they still LIKED all of them together.

I'm creating a new one tomorrow so if you want to use me as a ginnypig let me know.
