Well, the address of the forwarding shipper would probably be all over eBay, but I have many people buy from me that uses a service in Sarasota Florida (Express something or other) and it never seems to cause them any issues.
A lot of people do this because they want to buy US goods and many eBay sellers only ship to a US address.
