How to enable Skrill and disabel PP

I am trying to find where in my eBay account I can disable PP and enable Skrill and/or Propay or a merchant account.

It is in your account settings under the account tab from the My Ebay screen.

Keep in mind, to sell in some categories, you MUST accept PayPal as a payment option.

I called Skrill customer service and there is a set up required on the Skrill side to see this account on eBay.
