Help re refund
Hi I have a buyer wanting to return a clothing item as they have said there are loose threads. They have opened a case stating the reason for the return. I have contacted the buyer asking for the tracking number of the return (on 2 occasions now!) as I haven't received the item back. What should I do as the deadline to resolve this is tomorrow. I have made the requests for the tracking number in the return case that was opened. I'm just worried that if this gets escalated it will damage my account, or will e bay request that the buyer provide a tracking number for the return?
