Anyone with basically no selling history and 30 feedback isn't much can come on sell a bunch of high priced items take the money and run.

As a PayPal user I despise SHYSTERS like this ruining the service for the rest of us. I 100% understand why the holds are in place. If you are legit then send the item appropriately and collect the funds.

Really they did? I asked if others were getting holds, not on new accounts. Not on aged accounts that haven't met their requirements. On accounts that there were no holds on, but now are.

Yes once again paypal OR ebay can put holds on anything they want whenever they want.

If you out of the blue list a high risk item that you never have listed before, or when listing in a new category, you can expect holds.

Just because we graduate out of EBAYS system doesn't mean they can't place holds on payments.

The age of the account means nothing if there has been no account activity as of recent.

Your only as good as your history.
