You will be fine if you list it as used or new see details . Ebay will only get suspuous if it looks ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or you half ass the listing. I list 1 eletronics a week on a brand new account while ebay watches my posts and I'm fine without a problem. You just got to make it look like your trying to sell old goods. It's my top account now and I don't see it getting Vero strikes or any of that bad stuff.
