Buyer opened a case on an item that was already returned and refund was issued?;
 

i can't respond to the case. It was use to be where You could write a message for ebay review with proof and what not but there is no way to respond. what is wrong with ebay. Both of these things is retarded.

Ebay chat doesn't work and I dunno what the buyers problem is. Should I call?. Will they ask me security questions?. Thanks. Can we still appeal eays decsion if ebays stupid staff screws me over?. Or can we also no longer appeal?.

Why did the buyer open the case? Get the. Her to close the case if he/she has been refunded already.

How did you issue the refund? Always best to issue the refund thru the returns case so it closes. If not a buyer with a press of a button at anytime could get even more taken from your account.

Your probably will have to call them. If you have all the stealth info though you should be good. They will ask information only to confirm your the account holder.
