There ARE other ways to cash out. I buy a lot of stuff on eBay. Also, you can buy things at Walmart and pay with PayPal and go and pick them up. Some people use currency exchangers who specialize in this type of thing, like they will turn your PayPal funds into Bitcoin or cash, but they are expensive and there are a lot of scammers out there, so you have to be careful.

There are a lot of banks that are good for stealth. Bank of America, Chase and WoodForest are three to start with. If you are married, your spouse can have accounts as well. Here in the US, bank accounts are a lot easier to get than in the UK, which is why more people from the UK are interested in the alternative cash out methods.

Stupid question (sorry in advance) but you say you can use VBA's on some Paypal's and not link a bank acct until the Paypal account is strong... so the funds just sit in the vba paypal account??
