I owned the manufacturing rights and after a patent infringement they closed shop. I have 60,000 pieces to liquidate...

No big deal at all. I just never seen this message before.

I know EBAY hongkong accounts have restrictions on categories.

Yea it looks like the category restriction message but it is different , I just received one on one account 2 days ago, and it was for one item I sell not even the brand, because I'm still able to list in the same category and even the same brand, so at least for me it was an Item Restriction.

My account is just over the 90 day mark and 20 seller feedback I just started selling on it not even a week ago, the paypal holds are gone, I sold the first item a year ago and it's been sitting

So I just need 5 more feedbacks

I've had this happen several times. List in a different category, wholesale lots seems to work well. Wait about 30 minutes, edit the listing and change the category. It should go right through :)

The only thing that worked was to remove the name brand from the title and the upc code.

Listing as used, creating a new listing, removing upc or title all failed.

Needed to be listed without the brand.

this has been around for long now bud, I even got perm restricted from one category once. STOP selling brands haha, or just do it better
