Hi, i am a TRS selling car accessories, the business has been good and one of my best sellers has been ranking first in the first page when the keywords are car accessories but today i found that listing is gone as well as all of my listings are gone, they cannot be searched anymore unless the keyword is the full title of the item. the performance is good and everything looks just fine. called customer service but no one could help. the only thing happened is that i got two items removed because of patent infringement. would the down time be a possible result of patent infringement? anyone US seller who experienced listing removal due to patent infringement also experienced the same thing ?

Your position in search results is not affected if a couple of your items were removed. More common is when eBay globally rebuilds their search index. I often see they rebuild their search results around 23:00 GMT +2. So basically your item should be back in ratings in 24 - 48 hours.
