20 items limit but listed 100

Like the title says my limit is 20/1000$.
Sold out to limit and then tried to relist one item and Ibay allowed it.
Now i have added 100 quantity of the same item.

How is this possible?

If you list an item in a category to which it doesn't belong then yes it is risky.

your listings that go past the 20 item limit will most likely get deleted.

LOL just got the miscatagorized listing listing REMOVED and yes if u list in biz and ind. u don't get a listin limit but etz asking for probs on newer accounts ... I will list till I get hit then wait 3 months and repeat .. also depends on safety of items ur sellin .. lots of times EB will pull all my buy it now and leaves up the auction listing that has bids and deletes the ones that don't ..

That probably won't happen. Usually it will show your selling limits as negative.

wrong, they will not stay there. it WILL get deleted.
They have listing limits for a reason and going over them causes flags.

I had a listing up with 1000000 items and eBay out a limitation on my account of about 10 items and said I can list -999990 items after i submitted the listing and it was there until I manually removed it a day later. Weird?

As other said prly get deleted. Just like on my accs that got suspended. Somehow was still able to list on each of them everytime but soon as i listed the account got hit to death and the auction was removed.
