Default items listed as replicas

I been doing some research in what items I'm going to sell, and I keep running into Ebay profiles that are listing there auctions descriptions as "this is a high quality replica" and other items say authentic. How the hell are they getting away with this? They are selling all different types of high risk items, and are USA sellers only 6 months old! I've found multiple accounts like this. I just am jealous because I feel like if I did this my account would be bam gone!

Go back to the start of their selling.

See if you can determine at what stage they might have started to list these goodies.

Also, see if there is a chance of there being a mother account that allows this behavior.

There's more depth to your research, Young Jedi. Look for it

Most all of them establish some feedback first by buying, and don't sell until 3 months or longer after the account was created. Seems they slowly increase how many items they sell in a day from that point on. Still has me lost with the randomness of e bay Booting people! They are basically saying these are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ in there auctions-not basically they are saying their ⊗⊗⊗⊗! A mother account? As in shill bidding/buying account basically?

No, an older account that is in great standing. Not the same.
Few accounts that outright shill bid survive.

The accounts have a degree of safeness, comfort to chance what they do

When you take the vero tutorial after being suspended for 7 days or more one of the questions is: Why were my items removed and I see others still selling the samethings.

Answer: Because ebay or the vero rights owner have not found it, but when found will be removed also.

Its true so when its found it will be taken off if it doesnt have a vero partner whatever brand item it is.

Some sellers can get away with this for a period of time, but they eventually fall. Like GB pointed out, it may be an older account in good standing. They seem ot get less scrutiny. But one day, they WILL go down.
