Buyer insists on getting feedback first
I am sure this has been discussed before. I couldn't find any threads.
So what do you do when a buyer insists on getting feedback as soon as he pays and even before delivery?
I know he is a fool from messages prior to his purchase. There is not explaining to him how feedback works (he is member since mid 2000s and 200+ FBs). He seems to be the kind of guy that just doesn't "get it" when it comes to reading and understanding listings, etc.
He would be the guy to complain about his bag being half full when the chips are sold by weight, not volume. Yeah, we all gripe about that, but he would not UNDERSTAND.
Guess I can report him and check on FB he has left others.
Why does this matter to me? Because this is my one account out of 10 that is stuck on 30/3000. I can't seem to get it up and running whereas the others are also spotless but limits have been raised to very nice levels.
I want the account in question to stay spotless so that eventually the plug comes out and I get raises on it.
