 refund buyer can they leave feedback?
Has eBay made further changes to feedback?
The reason I ask is that I purchased something from eBay the other day and they sent the wrong item. I contacted them and they didnt respond just refunded me for the item.
The option to leave feedback had then disappeared.
Also I had two eBay users threatening me with bad feedback, I refunded them and they both never left anything at all.
Does anyone know what the score is with this?
I know that unpaid items once reported and close giving the buyer a strike mean they cannot leave feedback, but does this apply to other situations?
