Anyone else having problems with listing items?

I've been dealing with "Your request couldn't be processed because of a technical issue. Please try again." all day. Am I the only one?

I got that today as well. I kept hitting the back button and resubmitting each time and it worked a couple times in a row but stopped working lol. I logged out and logged back in and it worked fine.
