How do you do with addresses?

Ok I have stealth account... Registered address is in Yorkshire I am based in Bedfordshire and i have done item location on listings in Bedfordshire. My VC24 IP address shows Warwickshire location.
So wondering how does it looks for ebay?

Another problem is that quite many buyers comes to collect item in person as they are large and heavy. Can I just use any address closer to my actual location as buyers are very confused asking me where I am based in Yorkshire or Bedfordshire?

What would you do in this case? Thanks

I would change items location to yours, it doesn't have to match your registered address, for returns I do have different variations of your address. All my IP's are based in London and I am based elsewhere so don't know if that makes any difference but I wasn't thinking much about this, it didn't gave me an impact.
