Fiverr for limit increase?
 

Has anyone ever used Fiverr on here for them to call and increase your eBay limits? Also has anyone had any luck calling for a limit increase? I understand calling is risky but all my stealth accounts have low limits because they are fairly knew.

Just to let you guys know ebay also increase your limits automatically as well.
Few days before i plan on calling them i woke up with email from ebay with sweet looking increase :)

Calling them isn't risky---if it were, there wouldn't be some random stranger on Fiverr who does it successfully for multiple people for only 4 bucks.

There are no "tricks". It's simply good old fashioned conversation.

If you act like a coke addict who hasn't had a fix in a week, of COURSE your account will get shut-down. Act like a friendly noob and they give you increases beyond your wildest dreams.

recently sweet talked pp rep into releasing funds from limited acct immediately. it was a relatively small amount but made me think dam if I just had 1 friend on the inside would be cool to say the least:boink: all it takes for them is to hit a few buttons and voila

Yup. People underestimate the power of kindness. When most of the people they deal with on the phone everyday are either rude or incredibly nervous/shaky/paranoid, a regular person who's friendly really makes an impression on them.

It would also help if certain individuals didn't propagate the myth that eBay is evil and reps hate you and want to destroy your income. Would make a lot of people a lot less nervous. Just like chatting up an attractive girl, the key is confidence.

Yes, as a male, I find I get whatever I want with a female when I get on the phone with one from ebay. Just a bit of flirting plus asking them how their day is. How much longer they got to work today. Plus, it makes the dreaded call fun. Even my wife encourages the flirting.

I don't think it will work. If your English is ok, i suggest to call by your self.
Never know who sits there at fiver, maybe they just want to steal some personal info...

Lately when I have been calling in on 5/500 accounts, I am told I have to sell within those limits for the first 30 days. When I call after 30 days, they always want to question me via public records.

You're letting them ask the questions...

You need to start with small talk. Pretend the eBay rep is the pretty girl at Starbucks. Ask her name, how her day is going, what's she doing after work...etc.

You don't let them run the script. :ranger:
