Default Total Sales Amount

For example I sold $400 for my shoes. I open a case until I close it the buyer still didn't pay. Will the $400 still add to my Total Sales Amount or it will be deduct in total sales amount. thank you.

If you don't receive the $400 and file a "None Payment" claim it won't be counted in your total sales.

The fees will be on your account until case is closed.

You can set up automated cases if high volume seller.

Non paying buyer if I remember correctly. I have had it happen twice and on a 10 limit account it hurts lol.
