Pay the fees or not?

Ok...I'm a nice guy and pay my fees on time and have never he an issue.

I set up a new account where £200 of fees are required this month on eBay but my PayPal was limited about 3 weeks ago with about £300 in it.

My view is...this time, I want my money before I pay my fees because they claim I have been linked to an account which I have NEVER heard of before! I tried to chat to eBay but they said I have a definitive restriction and there is nothing that will be now done.

Should I just be fair and pay the fees?

I don't care about the eBay account...its toast.
