Default Should I pay these fees?

Account is stealth, all information on both PayPal and eBay are all stealth, including bank account.

From Oct1-Dec1, I made $400 in about 15 sales. eBay fees totals up to $600 (I have no idea how there are $200 extra in fees)

Around beginning of Nov, I got into an accident and wasn't around to fulfill my orders. I totally forgot about eBay (been a rough 2 months). Those 15 customers did disputes with eBay and eBay said they reimbursed the customers. Now I have a balance of $600 on my eBay account. Since I only made $400 on sales, and $200 of BS fees, should I pay back the $400? or should I pay it all? Or should I just leave it alone and forget about it.

You are asking for business advice - that's a choice only you can make. All the best.

You are asking how to conduct business.

Just because the account is stealth, it's NOT a free pass to skip the fees.

I'm sorry you had a rough time but that's not an excuse since you do business but a fact of life.

If you want to continue using this account i'd say pay them. It is always good to pay your ebay fees even if they are stealth accounts. If you do decide to bail on this account DO NOT continue to create stealth accounts over and over again, and bail out on fees, it'll catch up to you one day. If they want you, they can really GET YOU.

I would suggest paying them, matter of fact just a week ago a thread was posted of a man going to jail and having to reimburse ebay for thousands of dollars worth of fees and he was also stealth. Not worth the risk just pay what you owe.

edit:

Five years in prison plus pay ebay $900,000 obviously your case isn't as severe but you should still pay to be able to sleep good at night

You use their services, you pay them. Simple isn't it?

Except I didn't

I guess I'll pay the $400 back (which is the amount in my PayPal from the sales)

Another question for people who know what's going on: I don't plan to keep the account anymore, all those $200 FVF for sales that never went through, will they be canceled since the sales never went through?

No - you need to resolve them by cancelling the transaction on eb ay - otherwise you WILL be fugged.
