Re: Tracfone
You can either buy the phones online, or you can find them at stores like Family Dollar or Walmart. I have found the phones to be the cheapest at Family Dollar. They have a Samsung phone there that sells for $10, but when they scan it at the register it ends up being $5. I don't know if that is still the case, but it wouldn't hurt to try if you have a Family Dollar in your area.
The Tracfones used to come with 60 service days and 20 minutes of free, but that isn't the case anymore since Tracfone caught up with what we have been using their phones for. The cheapest card you can buy online is for $10, but I haven't had any luck with it since it says that my credit card transaction can't be completed online. Option 2 is to go to Walmart and get a $20 card for 90 service days, and I believe 60 minutes. I know that this can be pricy, but you can change your phone number up to 4 times on each Tracfone to verify new accounts.
The phones do come with a SIM card, but I don't know know if buying 1000 texts will do the trick since you still need to purchase service time which will increase the costs, so its better to just buy the $20 card I was talking about earlier.
