Auction bids from stealth

Hello everybody.
I wondering to know if it is possible to bid from stealth accounts
For your self auction (also stealth) for example on one account I start item from 0.99 and than bid slowly from other to 10 ( or use auction sniper)
the question if ebay can link me ?
how often I can do like that?
Can use several times same account to bid auctions?

There is nothing to say you cant but you will go from a cheeky stealther to someone committing fraud and could do jail time. Google it and you will see someone in my very same country of the uk got busted and went to prison.
