New here! Just a few questions about stealth accounts

Hey guys!
I am pretty much new here. I have already read the stealth guide so I have pretty good idea of how to manage the account.

Just few questions that werent answered (sorry if its obvious):
For VBA and VCC verified account, since I cannot withdraw from paypal, that means that I can spend online anything as long as its from Paypal right? I dont have to eventually link to my personal bank account if I wont withdraw in the first place?

Second, if I buy a 5/500 basic acount, is there a way to lift the limits without verifying any personal information (if i am going to use vcc, vba and prepaid phone)?

Spending money with your paypal account in many cases is not as simple as it sounds. Your safest bet of cashing out is to attach your own bank account (easy enough to get - especially living in the US) and withdraw your funds to it.
The way to increase the limits on a 5/500 account is to sell and provide good service. Youll see increases within just a few weeks and those increases will keep coming as long as you manage the account well.
