A few questions regarding stealth accounts

Hi, I'm almost ready to create my Canadian stealth account and just need to verify a few things.

1) From what I have read, paypal or ebay can't see name or address information of a CC so we can just use VCC for the verification. So should one spend extra money to buy a AVS CC just to get our our Paypal and Ebay verified?

2) If I purchase a VCC, can I use the same card to verify both my Paypal and Ebay? Obviously all of the personal information will match on both the accounts.

3) If I am in Pakistan, what is the best way to Phone Verify my Canadian Paypal + Ebay ? Will it be better to buy a "Phone Verification Service" from one of the sellers here or would MagicJack / MagicTalk be a better route to take?

4) How does Payal + Ebay verify/confirm an Address? Would a AVS CC help in this matter?

Sorry no one has been on to help. I'm afraid I know little about the Canadian system. Try PMing one or two of the Canadian members - they are usually a very helpful bunch

1. You need a minimum of $2 for the pp charge to go through on your card.

2. Yes you can.

3. Use a phone forwarding service - don`t know about magicjack or magictalk - sorry. Forwarding services available on the net search.

4. Address is auto-confirmed with your phone number and cc charge so as long as your vcc is not blacklisted, you should be ok.

I didn't understand your first answer though. I asked if one one spend extra money to buy an AVS CC ($30 - $40) or just use the regular VCC ($11-$14) to get our our Paypal and Ebay verified? I hope you know what AVS CC is

AVS CC is a physical gift credit card which I have been using - easy to get for $25 + 3.95 activation fee PLUS you can USE the $25...makes more sense than a regular VCC which expires in 24 hours...my own 2 cents.

For me, they work the same - i use the avs cc to make purchases too.

From what I've learned from the recently posted threads, you don't need a CC to lift limits. A Bank Account is required to get you verified and remove all the limits.
