paypal got limited, ebay account ok, can I link another paypal and be fine?

as the title states my paypal got limited and they want bills, proof of residence, etc etc... but the ebay account is still in good condition. Can I link another paypal to it and be fine? I read the old threads but I dont know if anything new came up because PP and ebay are 2 seperate companies now?

No you can't do that. This account will not stand for long.

Even if eBay and PayPal are now 2 different companies, it doesn't not necessarily mean that our stealth life is easyer.

I'm afraid you have to start with a new pair of account: new eBay and new PayPal.
