| Since I only started selling again at the end of 2015 and have only made just over 300 sales the past 12 months does that not mean I am evaluated on a 12 month period not 3 month? I am very new to these seller defects etc so still don't fully understand.
The thing I'm struggling to understand is you say none of my January sales will count in my evaluation on the 20th, so how exactly does it work then if I'm being told to make as many sales as I can in the next 10 days if I'm not going to be able to change my standard? So I am 100% going to be below standard on my evaluation on 20th January?
Sorry if these are stupid questions I'm trying to get my head around it all, it seems very over complicated to me. |
