How to get back to Above Standard fast? Help!

Since I only started selling again at the end of 2015 and have only made just over 300 sales the past 12 months does that not mean I am evaluated on a 12 month period not 3 month? I am very new to these seller defects etc so still don't fully understand.

The thing I'm struggling to understand is you say none of my January sales will count in my evaluation on the 20th, so how exactly does it work then if I'm being told to make as many sales as I can in the next 10 days if I'm not going to be able to change my standard? So I am 100% going to be below standard on my evaluation on 20th January?

Sorry if these are stupid questions I'm trying to get my head around it all, it seems very over complicated to me.

You are almost certainly going to be below standard on the 20th of January. You seem to be in the clear for February.
You would have to have those defects removed to make it above standard in January.

The current months transactions does not count in your evaluation.

You are correct, you dont have enough transactions to be based on a 3 month evaluation. I apologize for my confusion on that.

Thanks for your help. Is there any chance of me getting kicked off for just being below standard for the 1 month? I've read a few things about people just getting suspended straight away. Is that common?

Not common on older accounts. 3 consecutive months below standard with little improvement and you would be in trouble.
