Default Product Identifiers

Got a phone call from eBay today and as of Feb. 29th, they will no longer honor GTC listings if I don't supply the brand, model, upc code, etc. I dropship many items so I don't have the UPC codes in hand. My supplier's website does not provide that info. I can Google and see what I can find, but that is A LOT of work. Anyone else dealing with this issue? How are you resolving it?

Just google the ones you don't have. Takes 20 seconds. eBay even will lists the ones that need identifiers filled in. If you still don't want to spend the time doing it then hire a VA.

What I don't understand is why eBay would want to weed out drop shippers?

Seems to me that at least 50% or more items sold on eBay are from drop shippers. So they would stand to lose a lot of money if they weeded them out.

Also, there are several upc websites that you just type in a partial name and it comes up. Just find one that works best for you and use that to get the codes.
