A store in the Netherlands sells sim card for €1 a piece so thats an easy way.

Also I found an UK website that sells "free" sim card, I believe for 0.17 GBP each.

I can imagine that if you look in the US you would find similar offers.

My PayPals verify fine with GV. If "people" aren't doing it right, it's not my problem. Tracfone is no longer cost effective anyways, so the argument is a moot point.....
