Default Removal of Negative Feedback...

A buyer raised a PayPal dispute claiming they never received an item. I have tracking information showing the item was delivered with a signature and a post office receipt so I am fairly confident of winning the claim.

My problem is though the buyer has left negative feedback on eBay and i was wondering if the negative feedback will be removed if the case is settled in my favour? In eBay's T&C's it says that they will remove feedback if a case is settled in the sellers favour but I don't know if this applies to just an eBay case or whether it includes a PayPal case as well.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

You shouldn't have an issue getting the negative removed probably even before the PayPal dispute is resolved if you can show the tracking and proof of sending the item.

Would apply to a PayPal case as well regardless of separate company status. They're taking payment from eBay so they would have to accept that you have won the case.

eBay often remove things like this themselves when cases are found in your favour

If it does not get done after 3/4 weeks pop onto eBay chat and they should be able to do it for you there
