Removal of Negative Feedback...
A buyer raised a PayPal dispute claiming they never received an item. I have tracking information showing the item was delivered with a signature and a post office receipt so I am fairly confident of winning the claim.
My problem is though the buyer has left negative feedback on eBay and i was wondering if the negative feedback will be removed if the case is settled in my favour? In eBay's T&C's it says that they will remove feedback if a case is settled in the sellers favour but I don't know if this applies to just an eBay case or whether it includes a PayPal case as well.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
