eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Are ebay/paypal/amazon reading this forum?

The thing is is someone is so criminal, theoretically Paypal could trace the person based on the checking account. Unless someone is using a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID when opening a checking accounts... I guess anything goes when scammers are rolling...

Prepaid cards, buying items, making payments, etc...

These people are not using bank accounts.

What do you mean? DOn't you have to link a bank account to a Paypal account to become fully verified?

no one has so many bank accounts for each paypal...
