I bought a gift card direct paypal to paypal seller scammed me
So I agreed with a seller on ebay to sell me a gift card by emailing me the card, I paid him with paypal invoicing and he agreed and all. He had a decent amount of feedback on ebay so I trusted the guy. I opened a case a month later because he never responded me. He emails me saying paypal told him I am a scammer and I will open a claim later on. This is totally false because my paypal is fine and I really wanted to do business with the guy. I emailed him multiple times to refund me if not I will open a case. Just goes to show you even high amount of feedback sellers on ebay can scam the hell out of you. |

As a buyer I stand on your side, but as a seller I stand on his side also (why? Because it's a hard economy and getting money isn't easy for alot of people, so people do what they can to get money/ yes, even if it's cheat, lie, and steal). If governments bettered the system we woudnl't have so much stuff to deal with like this.
I also understand your pissed ebay tolerates this, but they got a bunch of dummies working at the office and ebay doesn't care much. Even if they go out of business someday the owners of ebay are still filthy rich and can start another venture.
Solution? It's a rough battle out there in this world you might win and you might lose.
Question of the day? Is it really worth fighting after you got your money and stress over this to make your point? Others will come and go. Your health is at stake and your mindset.
I know I know morals, being honest, being truthful, still it's a money world where cash rules. Nobody is honest enough when desperate times arise and if you do find somebody honest they are until 99% because if they were that 100% then they woudnl't be on earth. We all have done something bad and if you haven't yet, you might oneday when desperate harsh times arise not because you want too, but because the economy is hard and we all are looking for comfort and security even with such a short life span. |

| Lol, you didn't like what I said because I'm open minded and I'm not going to fight you if you keep responded. Your entitled to your own words, still doesn't change the fact we are in a cash rule society. Things happen. I'm not complaining because I will keep foward, but if you stand and think all day everyday then you will never move on. I have moved to a mindset point beyond where money rules my mind and makes my health deteriorate because of money like 99% of you do. If you didn't like what I said then whatever. | I believe in fixing problems with the buyer or seller before escalating it, plus paypal gives you 6 months now to file for a claim so things can wait sometimes depending on the situation given. It was only less then $200, not thousands. Maybe if it was thousands then I would of done it quicker. Patience is a virtue in this world. |
