I don't really bother with PayPal. If an account gets limited, I create a new one and attach it to the affected eBay account. Much more productive use of time IMO.

So this is a good idea now? No issues with linking?

Why would anyone provide an EIN/SSN and pay taxes if you can just switch to a new Paypal every time you get tax limited?

Of course you are linked. And it does carry a risk. But in my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, having a PayPal account get limited is NOT the same as an eBay account being limited, i.e. they aren't as strict about new account openings. Keep in mind, I don't rip PayPal off, so they aren't losing any money letting me open new accounts. *I PERSONALLY* haven't had issues with it.

That said, MANY members HAVE, so I would not advise using this as a default strategy. It works for me. For me, it's just easier and a faster to make a new PayPal account when one is limited.

I also never provide EIN or SSN to PayPal. But that's another story.
