Hi, i created anew eBay account a few months ago and now i have been suspended i need a new account asap, i can get a new ip but I'm not sure how to go about using a different card from my paypal account and also my dress in the uk

Buying an account here would be your best option, in my opinion. It would save you a lot of trouble and you won't have to worry about messing something up.
