Depends on if you need returns, or if you can be creative and work around the returns issue, but this is what I do:
Go to a property for sale website.
Search houses 'in need of modernisation' or look at pictures for those that are.
Specifically, these homes will have tell tale signs of 1960s/70s wallpaper, old stained carpets, old gas fires, some may show pictures of old 1940's and 1950's furniture. Armchairs in the kitchen are also a giveaway.
Now these homes are very, very likely to have been owned last by an older generation which, as the photographic evidence will back up, did not have many modern comforts. You can therefore use these addresses knowing there is an extremely high probability factor that no ebay or paypal account has ever been used at this address before and therefore no accounts with bad history have existed here. |
