Reason I don't need tracking: I have a method of obtaining LEGAL eBay gift cards very cheap. So I buy something from my main (real info) account using a Stealth Account (different IP, VMWare). Obviously I do not need to mail the thing to my Stealth's address.
So does eBay REQUIRE a tracking? If not, great. Obviously I won't charge back on myself. :P

No tracking is not required, although I can only speak for the UK side. But still even if it is "LEGAL" I'm pretty sure ebay will catch on and close your main account.
eBay doesn't require tracking it is up to the seller to provide it or not (seller protections and stuff goes along with that..)
What are you trying to do is quite risky and have to be carefully managed... you are going to create a link buying from yourself using eBay gift cards.
Both accounts (real and stealth) will be in danger if eBay smells something tricky is going on...

Round up some verified PP/eBay high-limit accounts and the money will always be there. Sell some low risk items in bulk/merchant gift vouchers the list goes on and on... Just Be safe/stay safe/keep safe rocketeers!
The accounts buying from my main account are completely separate IP/PCs. Not even the same state as me. I don't think eBay cares what payment method is used. At first I was buying this item from a real seller, and I used 10x gift cards on my business account and 10x gift card on my personal Paypal to buy from him. So he got 20 purchases with 20 gift cards no issue. I doubt I will have any issue either. I know exactly what I am doing and the accounts will never be linked in any way. I plan to buy sporadically with many different Paypals. Two times with Stealth A, Once Stealth B, Two Times Stealth C, Once Stealth A, Three Times Stealth D, etc. You can use $5000 worth of gift cards per verified Paypal in 6 months so I can rotate 10-12 accounts every 6 months. I don't think there will be any issue. Since they will all be on separate VMWwares and separate IPs created with separate names/addresses/states/etc.
Good luck to you then, I would just keep in mind that any suspicious activity will flag up your account, so just don't be surprised or upset if something does go wrong.
