 Commit to buy feature
I just spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with eBay trying to ask the most simplistic question.... 
When hitting "buy it now" it always would allow you to "commit to buy". I'm sure everyone knows about the "immediate payment" selection in listings. I don't believe anything they tell me because I get a different answer every person I speak with but a supervisor told me that there is a beta program that has been going on for a year or so that sellers can get opted into.
My question is has anyone been able to "commit to buy" something from a seller recently? I just tried numerous times and every item I try to doesn't allow it.
Once again eBay's stupid beta programs.... It would be nice for them to at least make sellers aware that they are opted into them. It makes the "immediate payment" selection pointless for me apparently.. 
A buyer asked to buy something from me and pay later, so this is why I'm asking. It'd be nice to be able to do it professionally, because if I relist and someone else buys it and I then cancel their order they can complain and leave negative feedback etc etc
