I reset my router using my cell phone by logging into the router's homepage and clicking the reset router button. I usually do this when my router starts running slow. Not so much for stealth anymore since I graduated to VPN's. Also I bought one of those 4 port computer power switchers that sit under an old CRT monitor to restart the modem and / or router by flipping the switch. I think it was like $1 from the thrift store. YMMV.
