Problem!!! 24vc-windows 7 firewall and User accounts

ok, im having a problem with the windows 7 firewall.
Sorry if in wrong place, BUT, i have searched the forums and cant seem to find anything addressing this issue.
I have 24vc with Dedicated IP, using softether, with very little problems. When setting up the firewall Incoming/outgoing rules it works fine.
Now here is my problem, when i switch user accounts the firewall rules carry over to anthers user accounts, and then i cant do anything when not connecting to 24vc. Im creating new admin accounts in windows and instead of the rules just on one user, they carry over to all, ok great protection but i need to bypass firewall on other user accounts. Please help if you can, i have been trying to figure this out since yesterday morning. Thanks all

Did you submit your problem to 24vc or to 123 in the marketplace?

Yes, the easiest way to resolve this would be to send a PM to 123 or to contact support from the 24vc website.
