Default Switching Windows User Accounts... log off?

I have about 4 Windows User accounts on a Windows 7 computer, and my question is this:

Aside from linking by IP, is it possible for anything to communicate or get linked between 2 Windows User ID's if they are not "logged off" and I just "switch user" ?

How important is it to actually LOG OFF the Windows account? Or can you just switch from one to the other leaving them technically "logged on"?

(AGAIN, this is supposing the IP isnt an issue.)

Thanks!

I've never logged off but instead just "switch user". No problems so far.

Default Bam! They just got me for not logging off!

I was using 2 different accounts for weeks with new ip and I recently noticed I wasnt logging OFF the other users account. I said "DAM*" because I knew it was coming. I logged on friday morning and paypal was Suspended at 7am! Make sure you Log Off! and restart your entire computer to be safe as mentioned. I withdrew $500 within 2 weeks but $900 is frozen right now.
This game is not for short cuts. I made an honest mistake and just didnt notice I had to log off. Thats a very good question though and im telling you if you havent been doing it they will know and link you. I learned the hard way and im tired of losing money to paypal so I want to help you not to lose yours.

What is the easiest way to get a new IP address, I am using a router & every single time I try, I some how mess it up and end up having to call my Internet Provider to get back online & they reboot me, a big pain in the ass!
Any tips??

You do NOT need to restart or log off. I always use switch user and have had NO problems. This has been discussed before and it was determined switching users is perfectly fine.

Bmwsouthside, your pp limitation was caused by something else. Think about it, why would pp limit you for not keeping the accounts separate, if the other account was fine?

Switching users without logging off is fine, as long as you change IP's, also important if you are using a VPN, to LOG THAT OFF before switching to another user account because it stays on and push's the VPN ip to all user accounts.
