Default Making New Windows User Accounts

oKay I have a problem I am trying to make a new windows user account so i can keep everything seperate, but for some reason when I click on add new user it has the parental contorl symble next to it and it won't let me click on it to make a new user. I've tried everything I click on parental contorls and nothing comes up it's like it's blank. All I can do to my account is change the picture everything else seems to be on lock down anyone know how to fix this I feel like I have tried everything. I figured I would ask in here so I didn't have to call Dell or Windows who would I call for the anwser to this if no one knows?

I am not 100% sure since I don't have a lot of info to work with. But it sounds like you need to login as the administrator.

This might help: How to login as Administrator in Windows XP?

Or try hitting start then control panel then user accts. All will be in there

HI:
Yes, that was my suggestion-- The accts with Admin can do that-- also what IVE done
Just to not get mixed up--

Make a HUGE backsplash of your USername for your desktop--example--- if your ebay name is Carmax123--my Desktop has CARMAX123 all over it in color--so i cant get confused and LINK...
Good Luck
p.s. the Original contributor of using the multiple windows xp accts was Aspkin last year--it really helped me alot!

Its the only way to go....I use 6x5 cards. The one I have in front of me is the account I am working on. Then log in then I just check the google account just to make sure I did select the correct account then check ip address. I do like the back splash idea. One less thing.
