Default PayPal making connections b/w accounts

FYI:
I didnt mention this before. Before my eBay account got suspended very strange thinsg happened. remember my eBay account and PayPal account was created with totally different and legit names, address, bank accounts and phone numbers..then one day PayPal put a limit on my account..due to high volme of sales..no bog deal I sent all the paperwork(f course a lot of headache and 2 weeks wait)..then it was lifted..meanwhile eBay restricted my account too saying I need to resolve the issue with PayPal first..
During this process, after I sent everything in..I got another email from PayPal saying a PayPal account lnked to this new account had an opne issue and had be resolved before my account restriction can be lifted..
the strange thing is that PayPal account was my old one and I never even logged in it in months..and may I remind it had a total different person linked to it..I mean everything, from address to phone umber and bank info..everything was new..
How in the world did they figure that out?
Isnt that scary?
In the end I went back to that old account and paid for an opne claim and everything was ok.. for a while.
and then eBay shut down my account for being linked to an old account..I explained this in another post..
now I still have my PP fine..I wonder what they are doing..

seems they have a better retention and search engine than Google - they must have a software progra. that runs cross checks/simolarities etc-then they begin to zero in. Had exact thing happen 2 months ago-but in the end-paypal said we'd like to end our relationship.....etc..
