A problematic buyer continuously buys from my account
 

Hi everyone.
I need some advice.
I had a buyers who continuously ordered from my account.I have shipped 2 out 5 orders.Usually,this should not be a problem,but when looking into the feedback she left for others,i started to worry,she left neg for all sellers she bought from.
Apparently,this is a problematic buyer,what should i do now ?
More sadly,she is also a Chinese(judging from her name) who livers in the US!

block the buyer if you don't want to sell to them.

You don't like chinese people living in the USA?

Already blocks the buyer.I mean i do not like this sort of buyers who left negative for all sellers.I do not say i do not like these Chinese immigrant.

She may be using a shipping address for the US.

Make sure you block the buyer.

BUT: check their history as soon as they bid.

Keep control of sales.

Can't really do anything about the orders you already shipped, just hope for positive feedback. Only other thing to do is block them so they can't purchase anymore.

If a buyer ever sends me a foul message, opens any unreasonable returns requests/claims or leaves a neutral/negative feedback - they go straight onto the blocked buyers list. Although some would say there is a very slim chance that person will buy again, its just to eradicate that risk.

Sorry - Your right, completely misread that statement!

In your case, if you really wanted to, I would send item tracked delivery etc., ensuring if they do make a fuss about anything you can prove your innocence to ebay. A negative feedback left in such instance would be easily removed as ebay would see they are indeed problematic.

Best thing to do is do not sell any more of your items to this buyer until the ones he/she bought is delivered.
